Full-body massages are generally performed in 60 or 90 minute sessions; however, a 30 minute massage focused on a specific area provides opportunities for relaxation thus providing an increase in well-being, reducing stress and boosting the body’s immune system. Swedish Massage is a basic relaxing full body massage which may include a variety of massage strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve circulation. Swedish may also include range of motion stretching. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, and greater flexibility. Appointments may be scheduled for 30, 60, or 90 minutes. $45, $80, $110.
Therapeutic Massage may include the use of one or more techniques such as muscle energy techniques, myofascial release, and trigger point to address client specific issues. This process can be quite painful at times, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative. Client feedback during the session is necessary. May or may not include a full body massage depending on the number of issues addressed and the time allotted. Appointments may be scheduled for 60, 90, or 120 minutes. $45, $80, $110.
Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumb and fingers to stimulate reflex areas that relate to different parts of the body. It is a deeply relaxing therapy that stimulates the circulatory and lymphatic systems. Reflexology also helps release any blockages in the flow of energy around the body encouraging energy to move freely. Appointments may be scheduled for 30 or 60 minutes. $45, $80, $110.
Prenatal Massage is a form of therapeutic bodywork specially designed to both pamper and focus on the special needs of the mother-to-be during her pregnancy. Appointments may be scheduled for 60, 90, or 120 minutes. $45, $80, $110.

*Abdominal Massage Cupping Massage cupping applied to the abdomen stimulating the inside of the digestive organs, resulting in an increase of peristaltic action. Specific essential oils are applied and allowed to absorb into the skin. Benefits include clearing colon blockages, breaking down fatty deposits, encouraging blood and body-fluid movement in the bowels and internal organs, soothing the nervous system and promoting digestion. 30 minutes (includes time for essential oil absorption), $35.
*Back 2 Balance Begins with 20 minutes of massage cupping & massage applied to back, neck and shoulders to release stress and tension followed by face lifting and drainage to relax facial muscles and lightly drain excess fluids, finished with relaxing and balancing foot reflexology. *Massage Cupping Cocoon A full-body Massage Cupping treatment intended to break up muscle/fascia/skin adhesions, move lymph and help the body detoxify. Specific essential oils are applied to the body and fully absorbed as the client is wrapped in warm blankets. Massage Cupping Cocoon can be used for a variety of results including body contouring, smoking cessation and relaxation.
